BARTENDING SERVICES
We offer bartending services for wedding receptions and other events. Below are our two primary packages but everything can be customized so feel free to get in touch to discuss your vision and ideas for your event.
Option 1: Classic Bartender
This option is designed to keep things simple and easy. You supply the booze, we will do the rest. All alcohol is purchased by the event coordinator and supplied to the bartender(s). The amount required will be specified after details are discussed. All alcohol purchased at licensed liquor stores can be returned if unused by the event host. Use this option to supply an open bar (or toonie bar) that your guests can enjoy easily!
Ideally up to 80 Guests
(Get a second bartender for $300.00)
6 Hours of serving time + set up/take down time
Alcohol not included, must be provided by the hosts (recommended list will be given by bartenders)
A designated meeting time to discuss bartending details (ideally 3-5 weeks prior to the event)

Option 2: Ticket Sales Package
This option is designed to be customizable.
Above the flat rate of $650.00, the host pre-purchases a select number of tickets for cocktails or drinks that will be provided and organized by the bartender. All guests have the option of purchasing their own drinks directly from the bar when tickets have been used. All drinks purchases beyond the tickets the host has purchased will be handled between the bar and your guest - limiting your final cost.
Ticket Drinks (cost covered by host):
Beer/Wine - $3.00
Cocktail - $4.00
Non-Ticket Drinks (sold directly between bar and guests):
Beer/Wine - $6.00
Cocktail - $8.00

Drink Menu:
Most bars consist of a variety of alcoholic (and non-alcoholic) drinks. Here are some popular cocktails that we would recommend. Remember that the ideal bar menu has 4-8 beverages.

Lemon Drop Martini: Vodka, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup, Triple Sec
Cosmopolitan: Vodka, Cranberry Juice, Simple Syrup, Triple Sec, Lime Juice
Manhattan: Whiskey, Sweet Vermouth, Bitters
Old Fashioned: Whiskey, Sugar, Bitters
Aperol Spritz: Prosecco, Aperol
Martini: Dry Vermouth, Gin
Sex on the Beach: Vodka, Peach Schnapps, Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice
Tequila Sunrise: Tequila, Orange Juice, Grenadine
Vodka Cranberry: Vodka, Cranberry Juice
Gin and Tonic: Gin, Tonic Water
Rum and Coke: Rum, Coca-cola
Margarita On The Rocks: Tequila, Lime, Agave Syrup
Easy Street: Elderflower Liquor, Gin, Lemon Juice

Bartender arriving with standard cocktail equipment (mixers, strainers, jiggers, juicers, etc).
